1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BK777 website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 2.3 Accurate Information

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BK777 will never ask you for your password. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any action taken under your account credentials — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BK777 support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

BK777 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other point during account use. Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Utility bills or bank statements may be requested to verify your address. Providing false, altered, or borrowed documents will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. BK777 may charge an inactivity maintenance fee on dormant accounts after this period, applied monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

3.4 Account Currency

All BK777 accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, game balances, bonuses, withdrawals, and displayed amounts are in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at the platform level.

4. Deposits & Payments

BK777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. BK777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; any such deposit may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

Deposits are processed in PKR. BK777 is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees, bank charges, or delays caused by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the standard processing window, contact support with the transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. BK777 targets a processing time of under five minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals once the request has passed internal review.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, BK777 requires that any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance have been met. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, the bonus and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited, and only the remaining real-money balance will be paid out.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• BK777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• If BK777 has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, misused, or claimed in breach of terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g. 20x) that must be played through before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots may contribute 100% while Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

6.3 Cashback Bonuses

Weekly Casino cashback bonuses offered through the BK777 VIP programme are credited based on net losses during the qualifying period. Cashback credited at Gold tier and above carries no wagering requirement and is added directly to your withdrawable balance. 7. Gameplay Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BK777 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity documents during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through known technical errors must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair edge.
• Attempting to launder money through deposit and withdrawal cycles without genuine gameplay. BK777 monitors for unusual transaction patterns and will report suspected money laundering.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by BK777

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, BK777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. BK777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of anticipated winnings.
